3. Do you support local communities in Tibet?

Absolutely.
A portion of our profits supports families in poverty-stricken regions of Tibet. We work directly with artisans to provide fair income, long-term collaboration, and opportunities for community development.

4. What materials do you use?

Our materials are primarily natural and locally sourced, including:

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

For UK orders: 3–7 business days
For international orders: 7–21 business days

Handcrafted items or pre-order items may require slightly longer production time.

7. Where do orders ship from?

Our international fulfillment is currently based in the UK.
Some limited-edition or special items may ship from Tibet.

Shipping details are always included at checkout.

8. What is your return policy?

You may return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery.

Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
